Cross River State Government Takes Over Management of Obudu Mountain Resort: A New Chapter Begins.

In a significant move to reclaim and revitalize one of Nigeria’s most iconic tourist destinations, the Cross River State Government has officially taken over the management of the Obudu Mountain Resort, effective immediately. This decision marks the end of the concession agreement with Marriott Hotel and the CIBA Group, who were previously tasked with redesigning, redeveloping, and upscaling the resort.  

For those familiar with the Obudu Mountain Resort, this news is both exciting and promising. Nestled in the serene highlands of Cross River State, the resort is renowned for its breathtaking views, cool climate, and world-class facilities.
