In a bid to address the ongoing power supply challenges in Abakpa, Ogoja, Hon. Mary Illah Otoro, the Councilor Representing Urban Ward 2, has moved a motion urging the Local Government to take immediate action in restoring electricity to some affected areas. For the past three years, several parts of Abakpa have experienced a total blackout due to the malfunctioning and vandalization of transformers by thieves.
