Achang, Councilor representing Mbube East Ward 1 and Deputy Leader of the Ogoja Legislative Council, is set to host a Thanksgiving Mass and Official Opening Ceremony for his Ward Constituency Office and Scholarship Empowerment Programme.

The event, which marks the celebration of his electoral victory and successful inauguration, will hold on:
