The Vice Chairman of Ogoja Local Government Area, Hon. Mary Illah Otoro, and the Secretary of Council, Chief Alex Igbang Atem, have successfully completed a four-day capacity-building seminar aimed at enhancing leadership, administrative efficiency, and service delivery in Nigeria's local government system. The seminar, organised by Leadership Resource Managers (LRM) Management Consultants, took place from July 21 to July 24, 2026, at Green Minds Hotel, Utako, Abuja.
